From the first call
to the first
recording.

A managed program begins with a feasibility discussion. Tasks, equipment, participant permissions, support and any commercial terms must be agreed before recording starts.

01

Scope the partnership

We identify the relevant activities, capture areas, participants and commercial terms.

02

Equip and prepare

Confirm the camera setup and capture brief before making recordings. Any supplied equipment or onboarding support needs a separate agreement.

03

Capture real work

Agreed tasks are recorded to a schedule and protocol approved with you.

04

Review and follow up

Submitted footage is reviewed before it becomes buyer-available. Any managed collection, compensation or delivery obligations follow a separate written agreement.

Your workplace.
Your requirements.
One shared plan.

Recording should protect your trade secrets, customers and employee information. Sensitive areas and exclusions are identified in advance.

Publish a workplace collection

Permissions must cover the recording location, identifiable people and the intended AI use. For self-service collections, use the contributor studio and marketplace terms; managed programs need their own agreed scope.

Discuss a managed program

Your questions,
answered.

Which businesses can take part?

Businesses with recurring physical tasks or specialist skills, including logistics, manufacturing, crafts, retail, food service and maintenance. We assess feasibility for each workplace.

Is equipment supplied automatically?

No. Marketplace registration does not include equipment. For a managed program, the equipment, recipients, onboarding and return arrangements must be agreed separately.

Will the program change the way we work?

The scope is built around your operations. Tasks, duration, equipment setup and operational constraints are reviewed together before any commitment.

How is confidential information protected?

Planning identifies excluded areas, screens, documents, people and sensitive activities. Confidentiality obligations and usage rights are defined in the partnership agreement.
